What exhibitors need to know about 2025 Best Places to Work
Who is organizing the expo?
Best Places to Work is produced by the Ottawa Business Journal. OBJ is uniquely positioned to produce an event that gathers the best employers, top talent, post-secondary institutions, school boards, and economic development partners.
Two options: Target job seekers or target employers
Best Places to Work is two events in one. It’s a Career Expo that allows you to connect with thousands of job seekers. It’s also an Employer Summit that gathers hundreds of the top employers from Ottawa and Eastern Ontario. Each event happens in a separate room. Exhibitors get to pick!
Where is the expo happening?
The event will take place on the third floor of the Rogers Centre, the region’s premier business meeting venue, conveniently located in downtown Ottawa and accessible to tens of thousands of workers and residents.
What are the hours?
The doors open at 11:30 am and close at 6:00 pm on Tuesday, October 7th.
When do we set up our booth?
Exhibitors can set up their booth on Tuesday, October 7th between 8:00-10:00 am.
What’s included in the standard exhibitor package?
A standard package includes a 10x10 foot exhibit space that includes a skirted table and two chairs. (There is also a double booth measuring 20x10 feet.)
What other exhibitor services are available?
The in-house provider at Rogers Centre is GES, which can provide electrical services and other items, such as large display screens. Note that these services are available at an additional cost. See the link on this page to order GES services.
How will exhibitors be promoted?
OBJ is executing on a large multimedia digital campaign to promote the event and its exhibitors.
